Belize trip, Steve Dugas (from USA) - October 5, 2009
We had a great trip in Belize, and I thank you for setting it up. The first day there, as soon as we checked into the hotel, they told us about the Carnivals being held that day for their Independence celebration. They also told us the best place to go to watch it. We went there and enjoyed it. We actually wound up being interviewed by the local TV crew covering the event. Our guide was very good with a large knowledge of the local terrain and fauna, as well as the history.
Windy Hills Cottages is a nice place. We were a little disappointed that they close their restaurant for supper, but they paid our cab fare into town on the first night and gave us a ride both ways on the second.
The slow season seems to be hitting them pretty hard. One fairly large irritant there was the price for getting laundry done. Even after they cut the list price by 50% it still cost me over $30 US to get one medium sized laundry bag done. I thought this to be extravagant and totally inappropriate. That being said, I do like the site overall.
The Zip-line and tubing tours were great and we both enjoyed them very much. The trip to Ambergris was good and the place is great. We got in some really great diving and enjoyed San Pedro even though there were not many people there due to slow season. That did, however, make the diving much less crowded. It is a beautiful country.
Overall, we enjoyed our trip and will probably return at some time in the future.
Mexico trip, Lopa Mehta (from India) - October 5, 2009
I am back in Mumbai after undertaking Mexico Lindo tour from 1st August to 9th August followed by a visit to USA.
This mail is to say thank you. I had wonderful trip of Mexico. The hotels booked were so conveniently located that I could walk down to central plaza on my own without difficulty. The sight seeing also was well taken care of. I specially thank you for making it comfortable for me to tour Mexico when I do not understand Spanish at all.
With thanks and regards
Belize trip, - October 2, 2009
Everything was fine. I had to change the car type because when I signed up on the internet, it did not look like the car was a "soft top", but when I arrived I was told that the Suzuki Vitara is a soft top. I did not want a soft top, so I had to upgrade. This took an extra 20 minutes, but they were able to upgrade me to another vehicle.
Peru trip, Rodney Franklin (from USA) - September 29, 2009
Hi Mauricio, my clients told me they had an "absolute blast" and it was a "great trip!" That is wonderful news and not surprising given the quality of the product you offer.
I will keep you in mind the next time my clients ask for Latin America. Take care and thanks again for all you did to make their trip wonderful. And thanks for all the help you gave me as well.
All the best,
Costa Rica trip, Raymond Lewis (from USA) - September 21, 2009
Christian at Adobe took very good care of us...he walked us through the process from the point he picked us up at the airport to the point he handed us the keys and said ''have fun''...then greeted us warmly and with a smile upon our return to his office two weeks later to dropped off a very dusty car.
We certainly took mainly of the ''roads less traveled'' but always knew where we were with the guidance of the GPS. to my surprise driving certainly takes much longer (often twice as long) than we had anticipated to travel from point to point...through driving ourselves provided us the opportunity to take so many more roads and see so many more sights.
Thank you again for your last minute help and guidance!
Peru trip, Brandon Aden (from USA) - September 7, 2009
The trip was perfect. Despite my flight delay, I could not have asked for a better vacation. The people, the food and the sites were all incredible. I only wish I had more time to spend in Peru. I will most definately be making a return trip as there are plenty of sites I would still like to see. Thank you for all your help and I will definately contact you when I plan my next vacation to South America.
Peru trip, Viktor Broczko - September 3, 2009
I just wanted to say thank you for all the work you''ve done. Everything went according to plan and I''ve been 100% satisfied :)
It''s been a hard going and have been extremely busy in terms of sightseeing and doing some business, but it''s been well worth it. It''s not over yet fortunately. Cuba was one of my stops amongst many on this trip, but Peru had the greatest emphasis, by far. I climbed Wayna Picchu yesterday, so I can barely walk today, but it''s been a great success!
I''m also glad that some London-earned money found its way to Costa Rica in this globalised world, because your offer was more competitive and this is the way it should be. For many it''d be unbelievable that we exchanged about 10 messages and the deal was done, which included a complex, taylor-made trip (some said it''d be impossible to do)... and we did it. I can confirm it now. I wish I could have time to use your website better. It''s really good.
So, yes, well done! 10 out of 10! I will definitely recommend you to my friends in London. Thanks again for the great work.
Peru trip, Viktor Broczkó (from Hungary) - August 21, 2009
I am very grateful for all the work you've done, Mauricio. I have been rushing you a bit, because I do things last minute, but it all went well. I am really happy with all the things you've arranged. Thanks for all the work and looking forward to be in Peru.
Best regards and have a nice weekend,
Peru trip, Jennifer K (from USA) - August 19, 2009
We`re back safe and sound and really loved our trip. We were so impressed with how well organized and coordinated the tour was. Our guides were wonderful, really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything really was great. all of our hotels were nice. The one in Cusco, the Eco Inn, was exceptional and we loved being there. All in all, our accomodations, hotel, flights, buses, trains, were really well organized and nice. It was such a hassle-free trip.
We always knew when and where and how we could reach a guide. We always knew what the next day would look like. Our guides took great care to make sure we got from point to point without a glitch. It was really impressive! Peru was so beautiful and we really loved it.
Thank you again for all of your assistance, Laura. It was a really wonderful trip and I`d be happy to recommend Latin Discover to any other client.

Ecuador trip, Vivien P (from Netherlands) - July 9, 2009
We had a great trip on board of the Odyssey. Our experience on the Galapagos was very good. The boat was great. good spacious cabins with great big bathroom, good service and very nice staff. Program was very diverse and very busy. The first two days were the best for us. All in all we had a great time!
Your service has been excellent though!

Peru trip, Richard Stevenson (from USA) - June 26, 2009
I have sat on this to let the afterglow of the trip fade so I can be as objective as possible. The bottom line is you did a wonderful job and the trip exceeded our expectations.
Nasca and Machu Picchu were astounding. Our guide in Cusco and Machu Picchu , Carlos, did a marvelous job of bring the Incas back to life for us. His insight and love of these places helped us really learn instead of just viewing. Our guide in Lima, Betty, helped us gain insights into the history and politics of this great city and the country of Peru. Well done!
-I wish we had more time at the Sol y Luna. Great location, food and accommodations.
-The Inka Terra, the nights get a bit cool in those hills. Otherwise it was beautiful.
-The Picoaga had a great staff and ambiance. Once they have completed their renovations the place will be superb.
-The Jose Antonio staff made our stay enjoyable. Good location for those of us who fell in love with the Rosa Nautica!!!
The food at all the hotels was excellent and plentiful and the planned lunches were very good. Your suppliers in Lima did very well in working around the farmers strike and made the issue pretty transparent.
The flight connections went very well and the leg room was really appreciated on the long hauls.
My thanks to you for being there to put this trip together for us both.
Belize trip, Laurie McCann (from USA) - June 25, 2009
We are back in full swing at work and really missing being in Belize.
Our flight arrangements worked out wonderfully. Everyone was very helpful and on time. The flights were smooth as well as the landings.
Thank-you for making that leg of our trip so nice.
Peru trip, Jane Starret (from USA) - June 25, 2009
The trip was amazing and all the arrangements flowed perfectly. The Mountain Lodges of Peru tour guide, Leo, was outstanding in his commitment to his culture and in sharing that with us. The trekking was a bit difficult for me at first as I was still recovering but I managed to make it over all the passes and enjoy the landscape along the way. The lodges and especially the food can´t be beat! My only regret is that I wasn´t able to stay in Peru longer as there were many other places I would have liked to visit. So maybe there is another trip in my future!
I´ve enjoyed working with you and will definitely look you up in the future and refer anyone else interested in South American travel. You might also like to know that others who booked their tours through REI and another agency seemed to have trouble with the Cusco hotel reservations, train times, etc. So thanks again for your excellent service, and for making the trip go smoothly.
Belize trip, Donna Filion (from USA) - June 9, 2009
We really enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Caribbean. The building is definitely old but has a lot of history so is fine that way.
It is a gem as far as restaurants go. Our travel mates went down the street to the Raddisson for a meal and said it was awful but we loved all the food at the Chateau.
The ladies even gave me a list of ingredients for the local favorite: Stewed Beans. I have made it several times and is part of the wonderful memories I have of the hotel. We would defiately go back if we need to stay in Belize City again. Thanks for your booking assistance.
