Dear Mauricio,
The vacation was wonderful and our stay at the Chateau Carribean was very comfortable. The restaurant serves large portions of delicious food, reasonably priced. We ate the Radisson one evening and were very disappointed in their food. We booked one extra night at the Chateau on our own -- Feb 12/09.
Thank you again for your help in booking our reservations. We hope to be back to Belize at some time in the not too distant future. It is a beautiful country and there is much for us to see yet.

Dear Laura,
The travel to Iguazu was very nice and we have been impressed by the very good organisation. Everything was on time, the guides have been very professional and obviously with experience in dealing with groups. .. The staff was very prompt and managed in keeping the group together without delays but also with very much discretion. They succeeded in controlling time and movement without pushing or stress. They were really good. Also the entire park is obviously well prepared for tourists. Of course the falls are impressive and a scenery nobody should miss. The hotel was OK .. It was clean, the pool was nice, breakfast was very good.. The town was also very nice and pleasant and we found a very nice place Tango Bar with very good life music. All in all, the trip was a success and we enjoyed it very much. If we ever come back, we will definitely call you.

Hello Laura, We are back from our trip to Chile and Argentina and had a wonderful time. The room and meals at Cabana del Paine were fine and the view out our window was spectacular.. The 4WD vehicle worked well and I highly recommend such for the Torres del Paine gravel roads, some of which are very rough. The Martin Gusinde Hotel in Puerto Natales worked out well. Feedback about the trip:
Rio de Janeiro - Great experience, the tours were well organized and fulfilled our expectations. Christina (the guide that met us) was very helpful, she was able to organise hand gliding for us the day we arrived! The Mar Palace is an average Hotel, great location. Due to a mix-up with Mar Place we had to stay one night at the Astoria Palace which was better than the Mar Palace.The Dinner and Samba show were fantastic!
Manaus - Fantastic experience!!! The hotels were fantastic! The Amazon tour was great! Our guide Iury was the best!!
Buenos Aires - Loved the Forcadell Apartments! Cesario was very helpful! ..Esquina Carlos Gardell was fabulous!!
Iquazu - This is simply perfect! Marcelo was the best tour guide! The Sheraton Iguazu is truely part of the experience!
Mendoza - Paula was a great guide! She recommended the best tapas restaurant!! The Hotel was great! The wine tour to Bodega Weinert was amazing...
El Calafate - Words cannot describe how fabulous this place is! Loved the HOTEL!! This was truely an amazing experience! In addition to the tour we also took the boat ride to the glacier! Highly recommended!
I thank you very much for all your assistance and fantastic organization skills in making this a hassel free and truely unforgettable trip for my family!

We had a very good time in Argentina and Uruguay. The accommodations were good. The two guides we had were very good. The guide in Buenos Aires (Monica) was excellent.
The day at the Argentine ranch was very enjoyable. Our Grandson had a very good time there. The food was good and we liked the dancing.

We had a delightful week of travel in Patagonia. Car rental went very smoothly, and the pick up was great for the park. Accommodations obviously were excellent, and I would infer the best available in Pta. Arenas and Pto. Natales.

Dear Sandra, I wish to thank you for a very good trip to South America. Everything worked very smoothly and all the guides and transfers did not fail to meet us. Travelling from Singapore to a strange and far away continent such as South America, we had a lot of apprehension and uncertainty and were very pleasantly surprised that everything worked in accordance with the travel itinerary without any hitch. We were happy with the services of all the guides who were all very professional, particularly the guide in Buenos Aires (Her name sounded like “Lelaina”).
As a whole, we had a fantastic time and the choice of hotels that you made were excellent. El Calafate was the perfect end to the whole journey and Posada Los Alamos is really a wonderful hotel.

All I can say is WOW!!!! Chile far exceeded my expectations. Scenery absolutely spectactular,food great, hotel acomodations excelent I would have liked to stay another month or even the rest of my life. I was very impressed with all areas of Chile that I visited.
Tour guides and drivers very good. All in all I would rate this tour at 10 out of 10. For all aspects of the tour.

Peru was great - Rookie & I really enjoyed the trip, the tours, accomodation & whole experience. We would not hesitate to recommend Peru or yourself to freinds or family interested in travelling either to Peru or to South America in general !
Overall we had a great time in Peru, the accomodation was really nice (perfect for what we wanted - not luxurious, but very clean, well located & friendly), the tours were excellent, & we did get all of our transfers. The staff were friendly.
Again I''d like to say thanks for your help! Your regularly & prompt communication has been fantastic. We would not hesitate to call you again, the next time we head to Latin / South America.
