Every Sunday, the farmers and businessmen gather to exchange their products in a fair where they still barter. We get to the Andean terraces, then we ascend up to the top frontal part of this one, from where we appreciates better the structures. The viewing-point of Urquillos Gully shows us the presence of the mountain named Shimil, which is a reference that we are in the highest point.Continue to Maras Salt Mines. These archaeological ruins reveal that this resource was already well-known and used at pre-Hispanic time, it could have been one of the many sources of supply of salt for the inca village. The technique for the extraction of the salt has been very similar to that used one for nine hundred years or more. During all these centuries this technology has been conserved and that consists of a true hydraulic engineer installation but of miniature, since the pool has relatively small dimensions, constructed in shapes of platforms on one of the slopes of the gorge. Each pool has an entrance channel and vents the water, this way the steam is expected to come out and later the salt grain that is settled in the floor is gathered. The extraction is seasonal; it`s done in dry season, from May to November or at the beginning of December. Lunch will be served on a local restaurant. Continue to the Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo. The site was built just as the Spaniards arrived and evidence of how it was constructed is still visible. After seeing the magnificent past of the spot stroll through the quaint streets of the present town. Transfer to the train station. Departure by Vistadome or Inca Rail train to Machu Picchu Town (1hrs 20 minutes). Arrival to Machu Picchu and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Machu Picchu.

The exact precision of massive stone building, the provision of water channels that reveal a deep understanding of hydraulics, the steps carved into the rock of the mountain and Intihuatana (the highest point of the Sun), which served as a solar calendar that regulate planting and harvesting, are tangible and concrete expression of the deep knowledge and technological advancement of the empire. All these buildings, along with the Temple of the Sun, the Royal Tomb, the Priests House, the Inca Baths and the Temple of the Three Windows, allow you to go back in time and with the help of your guide, revive the existence of those truly admirable builders. Lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge Restaurant. In the afternoon you will take the Vistadome back to Ollantaytambo and then private transfer to your hotel in Cusco. Overnight in Cusco.

Day 6:  Cusco - Lima - Easter Island
Walking city tour, including a visit to the district of San Blas, with its winding streets, the whitewashed houses, the blue balconies hung with geranium-filled flowerpots, the uneven line of the tiled rooftops and the endless stairways. In the neighbourhood live the folk artists of Cusco, who for centuries have used their hands to tell the tale of their longings and frustrations working in stone and woodcarving, sculpture, doll-making, silverware, weaving and textile arts, gold-leaf, mask-making, and an array of ceramics in utilitarian, architectural, sculptural, monumental, grotesque and many other styles for example Edilberto Merida, renowned sculptor.

He looked to religion for his primary inspiration, but he moved away from traditional religious images, by making grotesque images with exaggerated features.  It is a form of sculpture that has come to be known as "mud of protest." His style is one of expressionism and has thus been referred to as Expresionismo Indio. Then visit the Pre-Columbian Art Museum, the only museum in Peru dedicated to rebound the arts of ancient Peruvian cultures. The collection of 450 master pieces date from 1250 B.C to.1532 A.D.
