I made it to Punta Gorda and everything went well. It was raining hard when I flew, I had never flown in weather like that but it went well. I would definitley do the flight again. My family is thinking of coming down and visiting and they would for sure call you. Thank you for all your help and staying late we really appreciate it. |

| Hello;
I am sorry about this delay, I have been traveling, and have just returned home.
I was initially a little apprehensive about having booked a holiday for all of us with an agency that was randomly picked from thousands on the internet. Also everybody I spoke to was warning me with horror stories of how things can and do go wrong. So I was continuously expecting something or the other to go wrong, but nothing happened.
Everything, and I mean everything went off so smoothly, that (pleasantly) shocked all of us, and in the bargain has done wonders to my family’s perception of my ability to organize things.
Mauricio Lima Tours took care of the small things (like having a smiling, friendly face meeting you in a far away country, organizing transportation, telling jokes, recommending restaurants, helping with check in and check out, and for my sister recommending shops, etc) so well and so professionally we were put at ease right away. We particularly liked the way the following people took care of us, the Lady and driver we met in Quito. Our guide and the entire crew of Sagitta. The lady we met at Guayaquil, who pointed us to a fantastic restaurant. The gent who met us at Cusco airport, the lady who took us to the Sacred Valley, and the private guide at Machu Picchu. I thought, and I think all of us will agree, these people more than the quality of hotels and flights made our holiday for us.
What can I say about our hotels they were all fantastic bar none. I am glad you recommended these hotels, it made the journey that much more comfortable.
Doing both Galapagos and Machu Picchu in such short a time was probably a mistake. It meant going up to 3,000 meters to sea level, up to 3,000 meters, and back to sea level again, in such a short time may not have been such a good idea. I would have liked to spend more time in Quito, and exploring Ecuador a little more, and I certainly would have liked to attempt the Inca trail.
Mauricio, thank you for organizing everything, and I am sure now that we have discovered South America, we’ll want to do more things in that continent. I am sure you’ll be hearing from me in the near future.

| A think I missed the feedback you requested. Sorry for delay.
The whole trip was absolutely superb. All arrangements were handled in a professional manner and both transport and hotels were of the highest standard for the level booked. The guides all knew their areas and gave excellent service from when we all arrived until the time we left Peru.
I cannot praise you organisation enough and I pass on our thanks from all our party and would have no hesitation in recommending you to other. Indeed I have passed on the trip details to quite a few people.

| Hi,
We had a FABULOUS time. We enjoyed Peru so much. All your help was very much appreciated. To start with, I'm so glad we stayed right at the Lima airport the first evening. It was very comfortable...nothing fancy...but clean and oh so convenient. Our transfers went very well except the guy in Aguas Caliente was hard to find and on his cell phone the entire time. The Machu Picchu Pueblo Inn was our favorite place to stay. Our favorite lunch was at the Hacienda in the Sacred Valley. We loved the floating Uros Islands on Lake Titicaca. Didn't mind the long bus ride from Cusco to Puno as it was very comfortable and we had 5 stops. However, one thing we didn't anticipate was how cold everything would be, so we were glad to return to Houston and warm up! In fact, we woke up our last morning in Puno and found snow on the grownd. When we arrived at the airport, our flight was canceled due to the snow. Fortunately, we were able to find seats on the late afternoon flight. Lima tours really worked with us on this challenge. They transferred us back to Puno and our hotel where we waited until the afternoon. Then, they transferred us back to the airport. We had thought we would entirely miss our Lima tour, but they picked us up and gave us an evening "lights" tour.....just driving around....which we thoroughly enjoyed.
I know I have rambled on.....sorry.....but I thought you might like a few details....as you know, I'm into the details!
Thanks so much, Mauricio, for taking care of all the planning to make this a very memorable trip. There were so many people involved in different cities, that it's amazing how well it all came together. |

| Dear Sandra, Our time in Costa Rica was absolutely fantastic!
1. Your Service- wonderful! You have been great, thanks for all your help in organising the trip.
2. The Places- we loved everywhere we visited. Tortugero, Arenal, MonteVerde and Manuel Antonio were all fantastic. We liked Tamarindo a little less than the other places because there was not much to do, but we enjoyed a relaxing few days here and had a surfing lesson.
3. The hotels were all lovely and the staff were very friendly- particularly at Issimo Suites. The food at Jardin Del Eden was very nice.
4. The transfers were all very punctual and we were very impressed.
5. Excursions- all the excursions you organsied were great. We also organised our own canopy tour and night walk at Monte Verde and white water rafting in Manuel Antonio.
Our honeymoon has been wonderful- Costa Rica is such a beautiful country! All the people are so friendly and proud of their country, the food was really good too.
I shall definitely recommend you to any of our friends who want to come to Latin America!

The trip was fine and all itinenaries were just in time. Hotels were just suitable for us. Private transportation was exellent and during those trips was a good chance to see landscape of Patagonia. We saw many animals beside the road also.
And the guide (Monica) was very helpful in BA -thank her for that. So kind person. So, we are very pleased.....
