Enjoy this active, but relaxed and comfortable, opportunity to hike round the wonders of the Torres del Paine National Park, staying in a mix of hostels and hotels, and visiting the Grey glacier by boat. Includes transfers through the Patagonian pampa to and from Punta Arenas, and an overnight in Puerto Natales. 

Day 1: Arrive in Punta Arenas - Puerto Natales
Upon arrival at the airport of Punta Chile - Walking through the woods, Torres del Paine, ChileArenas, a transfer will await you to drive you to Puerto Natales. The road to Puerto Natales will lead you through the typical Pampa Steppes of the Magellan Region and you will encounter various animals like sheep, ñandus and a variety of birds. Shortly after leaving the airport you will make a detour to the penguin breeding colony at Seno Otway. Arrival at the charming town of Puerto Natales, situated on the banks of the Última Esperanza Bay. Overnight in Puerto Natales.

Day 2: Puerto Natales - Hiking Base La Torres
After breakfast leave Puerto Natales. In two hours your transfer takes you to Torres del Paine National Park, the starting point of your trek. It will be a spectacular walk to the base of the amazing "Towers" of the Paine Massif, views of the three pink granite towers that made the park famous will fascinate you. Overnight at Refugio Chileno in the Ascencio Valley.

Day 3: Refugio Chileno - Refugio Los Cuernos
Today you hike along Lake Nordenskjöld below the imposing hanging glaciers of the Paine Massif to your hostel at Los Cuernos. Overnight at Refugio Los Cuernos.

Day 4: Refugio Los Cuernos - French Valley - Lake Pehoe
After breakfast start a great trek into the most beautiful valley of the park - Valle Frances. The natural setting is magnificent; you will be surrounded by high peaks, huge granite walls and hanging glaciers on all sides during your way up. In the afternoon descend to Pehoe Lake to rest and spend the night. Overnight at Paine Grande Lodge.

Day 5: Hike to Glacier Grey
Today enjoy a relatively easy hike to the immense glacier Grey. Trek along the eaTorres del Paine - Walking on Glacier Greystern shoreline of the Lake Grey through a beautiful landscape with Calafate bushes. Enjoy impressive views of the lake with its numerous giant icebergs. In the afternoon you arrive at the glacier lookout to see the glacier wall and vibrant blue icebergs from close by. Overnight at Refugio Grey.

Day 6: Boat trip on Lake Grey - Rio Serrano
In the morning cross Lake Grey by boat and land on the beach of the southern part of the lake. Here you disembark and hike along the beautiful beach to Hostería Lago Grey where you can rest and drink a coffee. From the hostería you will be transferred to the western side of the park to arrive in the sector Serrano River in the afternoon. Overnight at the cabins of Cabañas del Paine.

Day 7: Rio Serrano & Boat trip to Puerto Natales
After an early breakfast you leave Torres del Paine and start your navigation down the Serrano River to Mount Balmaceda. On the way you will have great views of the Southern Ice Field. Go for a short hike below the towering Mount Balmaceda and have lunch before you embark on a boat ride back to Puerto Natales in the early afternoon. Overnight in Puerto Natales.

Day 8: Puerto Natales - Fly out from Punta Arenas
A transfer will take you to the airport of Punta Arenas or a downtown hotel in due course.

Tour includes: Transfers from Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales / Puerto Natales to Punta Arenas, 7 overnights with breakfast (2 nights at hotel in Puerto Natales, 4 nights with bunk beds in refuge in NP Torres del Paine, 1 night at hotel in NP Torres del Paine), lunch boxes and dinners on Days 2 to 6, lunch on Day 7, navigation on lake Grey, navigation on river Serrano in Zodiac boats, navigation from Mt Balmaceda to Puerto Natales, entrance fees.       

Not included: International and domestic Airfare, airport taxes, Sleeping bag, muleteer or porter fees, beverages, beer, wine or liquor during meals and any other personal expenditures.

- Please be informed that big suitcases cannot be transported on Zodiac boat trip on Río Serrano; only smaller suitcases can be accepted, the rest of the luggage will be transported by land.
