Day 1: Arrive in Buenos Aires - Salta (city tour)
Arrival and reception at the airport; trThe north - Cathedral of Saltaansfer to the domestic airport to board scheduled flight to Salta. Arrival in Salta. Afterwards city tour visiting the Cathedral, San Francisco Church and San Bernardo Hill, with a magnificent view of the city Return to the hotel. Overnight in Salta.

Day 2: Salta - San Antonio de los Cobres - Tilcara
Early departure following the route of the Train to the Clouds rails towards the Quebrada del Toro (Bull’s river Gorge). Travelling this route we will see these impressive engineering masterpiece viaducts, switch-backs and loops. We will pass by the Ruins of Santa Rosa de Tastil, ancient pre-Inca settlement situated at 3,000 mals (9,842 feet) to finally ariive at the small village of San Antonio de los Cobres. After lunch we will continue crossing the Puna up to Salinas Grandes, and start descending through the Cuesta de Lipan to Purmamarca, a typical village at the foot of the Seven Colours Hill. Arrive at Tilcara. Overnight in Tilcara.

Day 3: Tilcara - Humahuaca´s Gorge - Salta
Today we will enjoy a full day eNorthwest - Humahuacaxcursion to Humahuaca´s Gorge visiting typical and colourful villages. We start visiting Tilcara with its Pucará, an old pre-Colombian native fortress partially rebuilt, and the Province’s Historic Museum,we continue towards Uquia with its local parish church which holds a collection of paintings coming from Cuzco, representing the harquebusier angels.. Arrive at Humahuaca, this town was founded by aborigines in 1594. Visit the church, the old Town Hall, and the Argentine Independence War’s Monument. After lunch (not included) return to Salta. On the way we will stop at Maimara to admire La Paleta del Pintor (Paintor”s Palette), Purmamarca, where we can admire the Seven Colours hill and its colorful handcraft fair. The last stop will be at San Salvador de Jujuy where we will shortly visit the main square, the Cathedral, the Town Hall, and the Government House. Arrival at Salta. Overnight in Salta.

Day 4: Salta - Cachi
Departure towards Cachi passing by Cerrillos, El Carril, Chicoana and up the Escoipe River Gorge to enjoy the imposing scenery of Cuesta del Obispo (Bishop´s Slope) up to ‘Piedra del Molino’, the highest point in the road at about 3,600 meters above sea level (11808 ft). From there the so-called Recta de Tin Tin, a strait road originally set by the local aborigines, which produces the strange sensation of going up road when in fact you are descending. It goes westbound along the bleak high plateau towards the terrain of the sleek, giant ‘cardón’ (candelabra cactus) protected by ‘Los Cardones National Park. It was created to preserve the endangered species of this big cactaceus plants and the arid-like flora and fauna of the region. Arrive at Cachi and visit its church and museum. Overnight in Cachi.

Day 5: Cachi - Cafayate
Morning at leisure. After lunch (not includCafayate - Valles Calchaquiesed) departure towards Cafayate, driving along mountainous roads passing by Seclantas, Molinos and Angastaco. We will pass by Quebrada de las Flechas (Arrows’ Ravine). This is a very particular rock ravine formed by 20-meter-high (66 ft) rock walls that skirt the winding road. Finally we arrive at Cafayate, a peaceful, colonial-type settlements with its vineyards that produce renowned wines. Overnight in Cafayate.

Day 6: Cafayate - Salta
In the morning we will visit the town and a wine cellar. Time for lunch and departure towards Salta. The panoramic view of the valleys continues along Quebrada de las Conchas, (Cafayate´s Gorge) with reddish sandstone walls, curious rock formations that have been masterfully carved by the erosion of wind and weather. All these formations have been baptized by locals according to their fancy shapes with names such as: the Amphitheatre, the Devil’s Throat, the Obelisk and the Castles. We will continue towards Salta. Overnight in Salta.

Day 7: Salta - Iguazu
At due time, transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight to Puerto Iguazú. Arrival and reception at the airport, transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Puerto Iguazu.

Day 8: Iguazú (Argentina falls)
In the morning we will visit the Argentinean side of the Iguazú falls, located within the IguIguazu - View of the Argentine sideazú National Park, one of the first protected areas in South America, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will take the train to Garganta Station where we will get off for a walk up to the Devil’s Throat balcony, to share one of the greatest shows on Earth. The excursion continues along the upper and lower paths to get a close view of the imposing waterfalls. Take the Great adventure as an optional tour. A brief navigation to reach the San Martin waterfalls and a ride on 4WD truck for a fascinating jungle safari along the Macuco trail, Return to the hotel. Overnight in Puerto Iguazu.

Day 9: Iguazú (Brazil falls) - Buenos Aires
Departure from the hotel to the Foz do Iguaçu National Park, one of the largest vegetation reserves in Brazil. Walking along the paths on the Brazil Side you will get startled by the panoramic view of the most imposing falls. The path ends near Floriano Fall, where there is a panoramic elevator that takes you back to the street level. Return to Puerto Iguazu and transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight to Buenos Aires. Reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Buenos Aires.

Day 10: Buenos Aires (City tour, Tango Show)
In the afternoon city tour visiting the most interestingBuenos Aires - Teatro Colon places: Plaza de Mayo, the Govermment House, the Cabildo, the Metropolitan Cathedral, Mayo Avenue, the Colon Theatre, La Boca neighborhood, Palermo and La Recoleta with its cementery, where you will visit the Evita´s grave. Return to the hotel.

At night you will assist to a dinner show where you will enjoy the sensual magnetism of tango, performed by the best tango dancers and singers. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Buenos Aires.

Day 11: Fly out from Buenos Aires
Transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight.
