We value working with travel agents

Our commission structure is generous and flexible
We pay good commissions, or provide net rates as you prefer. You can pay us net of your commission at the start.
You can turn to us for anything in Latin America
This is our speciality, we can handle it! From Ushuaia to Rio Grande. We know the region backwards, and who best to work with.
We specialise in customised tours and trips
Most of the tours we deliver are customised in one way or another. So we enjoy tackling those 'difficult' itineraries your clients suddenly bring to you - and always with fast responses!
We guarantee fast personal and responsive service
Also our strength. Our 600+ testimonials confirm dedicated customer service. We are not faceless, you immediately deal with real people - and the same person throughout a reservation.
Great PDFs, travel docs and webpages with your logo
We create web pages through the quote and booking process for your clients, ALL with your logo. See examples for client quote, payment, and final itinerary. The final itinerary has vouchers, contact details and the full works. And you can edit these, so you have your prices and add extra messages if you want.
As members of ASTA and BBB you can trust us
We've been an allied member of the American Society of Travel Agents for several years. Check us out by typing 'Latin Discover'. We also have an excellent A+ rating with the US Better Business Bureau and are subject to their tough business ethics. For us reputation is priceless.
Our prices are great for you and your clients
As we are internet-based and have our operational center in Costa Rica, we avoid costly overheads and pass these savings through.
Your clients return delighted
The acid test. Judging by the many testimonials, we are successfully delivering a great vacation experience to people traveling with us.
You are our client
We only communicate with your client if and when you want us to. And that applies after their trip too - they won't receive any mailings from us.

Some recent feedback by agents:-
" Latin Discover is a great company to work with, Laura was extremely helpful and knowledgable, she was able to give me exactly what my clients were looking for, I had called many other and none could help me, I was glad to find Laura at Latin Discover." Lorraine Kawoczka, Accent Travel (USA)
" Both I and my clients found communication via the email to be both prompt and professional.  You demonstrated a flexible attitude, willing to find solutions for my clients specific itinerary requirements.  On the ground your operators were professional and helpful and the  documentation was informative and well structured.   I would be happy to use your company again especially for self drive itineraries as this is an area that is not well catered for in Australia. I look forward to doing business with you again, hopefully in the near future." Marianne Acreman, Back Track Adventures (Australia)
"As a travel agent, I used Latin Discover for a trip to Peru for my clients. They were very happy with all the arrangements and enjoyed the trip very much. They found that the hotels in the superior category for the 5 day Machu Pichu tour were excellent. I plan to use Latin Discover again for Central and South American clients" March 2005
"I am a travel agent and recently booked a trip for my clients with Latin Discover after having come across their web site. I was apprehensive at first as they were not located in the U.S. and they had limited payment options. After speaking with Mauricio, one of their sales agents I felt much more at ease and was impressed by his knowledge of Costa Rica and his willingness to help me check a variety of options. It was a very smooth process and my client was extremely pleased with the rates. I booked with them and received the travel documents exactly as promised and though my client has not travelled yet I feel confident that all the arrangements will be in order. Overall I had a very good experience with this company and feel that we will continue to use them in the future." January 2005
